Celebrations

We had such a wonderful December. This year we celebrated all month long with family and friends. This year on Christmas Eve Gabi’s family came down to visit from Montreal with their two kids Eric and Gabi (7 and 4). Emalyn loves having her cousins around to play with. She hangs with the boys and gives them a good run for their money with her personality. She keeps everyone on their toes.

Christmas Eve my sister turned 19 so we all went to dinner at Carraba’s to help her celebrate. We had so much fun making memories and laughing with family. Em was so funny at dinner play peek-a-boo, coloring and making silly faces (even with no nap all day she was a trooper for Ki-Ki).

Christmas morning we all gathered around the tree to watch the kids open their gifts. It was so nice to have a house full and watch as the excitement filled the air. After we all opened our gifts ate some breakfast and felt content enough to take the kids away from part of their toys we headed out to my parents house for Christmas number two. My parents had made a huge feast including Ham, Turkey and my all time favorite Red Velvet Cake… Yummy!!!! We all opened gifts,  then took a nice hike together and enjoyed some extra special family time.
