A favorite in our house any time of year is Banana Bread so when I had a bundle of bananas going bad and a bag of bananas already in the freezer I decided to make a few loaves. I came across this recipe which is super easy with very little prep or clean up. I used whole-wheat flour, cut the sugar in half and used light butter to help with calories after the holidays and it still tasted amazing!! I used a whole 4 bananas to make it extra yummy! 🙂 I will have to take a picture to add next time as our loaves have already disappeared!
